Swift TV Company provides professional TV Mounting,  Samsung Frame TV Installation,  TV Dismount & Remount,  Cable Concealment (In-Wall & External), Soundbar Installation, Device Setup (Apple TV, Roku, Streaming Devices), Fireplace TV Mounting services throughout Orange County, California.

2.1 Service Limitations

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if the wall structure is unsafe or does not meet minimum requirements for TV mounting (e.g., dry rot, water damage, insufficient studs).

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing wall damage, faulty electrical wiring, or issues caused by improper wall composition that was not disclosed or visible during consultation.

3. Booking and Payments

3.1 Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide (TV size, wall type, etc.). Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins. Any changes to the scope of work during installation may result in adjusted pricing.

3.2 Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept [list payment methods, e.g., cash, credit card, Venmo, Zelle].

3.3 Deposits

For large or custom projects, we may require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Free cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Late cancellation (less than 24 hours): A cancellation fee of [$50] may apply.

  • No-show: If our technician arrives on time and cannot access your home or you are not present, a no-show fee equal to [50% of the service fee] may be charged.

5. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a safe and efficient installation, you agree to:

  • Provide clear access to the work area.

  • Disclose any potential hazards (e.g., electrical wires, water pipes, asbestos) behind the wall.

  • Ensure the wall surface is free of valuable or fragile items that could be affected by vibration or drilling.

  • Provide a working power outlet within reasonable distance of the TV location (unless part of the service includes outlet installation).

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work. If you are not completely satisfied with the installation, you must notify us within [7] days of the service date. We will return to correct any legitimate issues at no additional cost.

This guarantee does not cover:

  • Issues caused by customer damage or modifications after we leave.

  • Changes in your preferences regarding TV position after the installation is complete.

  • Defects in customer-provided mounts or hardware.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by California law:

  • Swift TV Company’s total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

  • We are not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (e.g., damage to TV caused by manufacturing defects, damage to wall due to hidden pre-existing conditions).

We strongly recommend you have appropriate insurance coverage for your property and electronics.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Swift TV Company and protected by United States copyright laws.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms or our Services shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Orange County, California.
